619 MUSCLE was built on the foundational belief that within each of us lies a superhero, screaming to be unleashed.

Each one of us walks around in our daily lives a proverbial ?Clark Kent? -the ?mild-mannered reporter working for a daily metropolitan newspaper? ? but, beneath our polyester suit, shirt and tie, behind the eyeglasses and neatly groomed hair, lies a MONSTER! A fierce and passionate being, waiting for just the moment, for the opportunity, perhaps the permission, to be unleashed upon the world of mere mortals!

Bodybuilding and the lifestyle of hardcore fitness has given many countless individuals a medium within which to BUILD OUR OWN SUPERHERO (myself included). My intention in the creation of 619 MUSCLE was to bring like-minded individuals together. Passionate in their quest to constantly pursue their own version of physical excellence, each member of our growing family has dedicated their own journey to ever-evolving self-improvement and empowerment. I look around my world on a daily basis ? the world of 619 MUSCLE ? and I see SUPERHEROES all around me! I train with one; I?m married to one; I work with many!

I?ve dedicated my life to facilitating the discovery of the superhero inside each of my clients, customers and every member of our growing 619 MUSCLE family?I love each and everyone of you?we keep on rockin?, spreading the good news of the secret we?ve discovered! Growing, striving to reach our own version of perfection strengthens us not only in the physical realm, but enriches and fortifies us in the spiritual and emotional realm as well.
